In light of my bummed-out post earlier tonight about my little seedlings that are dying, I wanted to share a little “sunshine” and happiness in regards to my herbs. They are one of my favorite things in our kitchen!

I haven’t given you an update since this post, I don’t think. But, my chives and parsley has really been growing great since the beginning, but they are now big enough to begin using!

Also, the yellow pot, which used to hold my peas, before I transplanted them, and then they died, now holds a start of lemon thyme, which I picked up over the weekend because I couldn’t resist it’s sweet aroma.

The chives are certainly smaller, but they’re holding their own.

Tell me about any successes you’ve had with seeds. Any tips for using fresh herbs? I’d love to hear them!
