There was another package on our doorstep yesterday. This time it was much smaller box.
When we ordered our cabinets, we ordered an additional quart of matching paint.
We are having to build some custom cabinets ourselves, so we wanted them to match the ones that were ordered. We know a quart probably isn’t enough, but it was quite pricey. So we are planning to take it to a paint store or home improvement store to get more.
We’re excited that it came early. It will give us plenty of time to match it and get it correct. We are fully expecting for it to take several trips to get the right color.

Where do you usually match your paint? Have you had better luck at some places than other?
OK, that’s kind of genius! Even if you weren’t building more cabinets I think it would be great for cabinet touchups when they get scratched or something. What a good trick!

I agree! It is expensive…like $40 for a single quart…which is pretty ridiculous. But we thought it would be worth it to make sure we could match it perfectly.
