As I’ve mentioned a few times, we’re starting to work on planning our laundry room remodel. Shipping is free for the lower 48, but there may be separate handling charges depending on the product ordered. There also may be a minimum order charge for orders less than $50. Again, be sure to call to ensure you get the best price. And, to be fair, we haven’t actually ordered yet, but the people I’ve worked with so far have been very helpful. I expressed concern about ordering a breakable item (tile) online to have it shipped and was ensured that in the event of an incident, customer service would be happy to do their best to resolve the issue.
