A few weeks ago, Wyatt and I went to Westlake’s for a tool Wyatt needed to get for some project. And while he was shopping for that, I wandered over to the clearance section where I found three boxes I just had to grab and bring home with us.

Actually, I only wanted to bring home the crock pot and the toaster but Wyatt thought if we were getting two of them, we might as well get them all, and I was pretty easily convinced.

Since then, however, we’ve found the coffee maker doesn’t work all that well. It has a built in filter but grinds still seep through unfortunately. So, Wyatt has pretty much switched over to using the old one.

So this new one may end up in a garage sale. But that’s okay, two for three isn’t too bad I guess. And it was only about $7 so we weren’t out too much money on it.

We like the toaster though, because really a toaster doesn’t need to do much besides toast things. And we don’t even use our toaster that much.

We haven’t used the crock pot yet, but again, I’m sure it will be fine for making nacho cheese dip or baked beans for a party. Because how tough is that, right?
