Right now, the garage looks like this:

Nope, we’re not moving again, and no we’re haven’t taken everything out of the house to install hardwood flooring or something exciting like that.

It’s just a garage sale.

Still, it’s pretty messy. My mom and sister came up to help for the weekend. It’s our job to run the garage sale and make lots of money. Wyatt and my sister’s husband are going to work on the garden boxes, and some other outdoor projects.

Basically, it’s going to be a busy weekend at the Shipman household. Busy and hot. Not that I’m complaining. I certainly was wishing for this kind of weather to get here…it just snuck up on us and surprised the heck out of everybody by saying, “Bam! It’s hot, it’s humid. You wanted summer so badly? I’ll show you!”

Just kidding. It didn’t really say that. I bet if it could say that, it would have though.

I’ll try to keep you posted on the progress of our weekend.

Anyone else having a garage sale this weekend? What about shopping at garage sales? I’m hoping to have some time to get in a little bargain hunting, but we’ll just have to see how it all goes down.
