Over Christmas, Wyatt and I did a little clearance shopping. One of the things I found was this adorable little wooden box to hold stamps. I know some might say it’s unnecessary, but I thought it was too cute to pass up!

I consider myself to be someone who writes and sends more cards than the typical person might, (I firmly believe in the value of getting things in the mail besides bills and advertisements. It’s just good for the soul.) so I use a lot more stamps.

And I like to buy cute stamps. Pretty stamps. Or just cool, unique stamps. (But always buy the forever kind!)

Before, I had been storing them in this little yellow pencil bag, along with some stickers and address labels that I also use for correspondence.

But this little box needed a home, and for the $2 price tag, I was happy to make that home in my office. Isn’t it a sweet spot to store stamps?

And, the little window on the top would let me know if I was almost out (I’m not, I know. But a lot of these are Christmas, for next year’s Christmas cards…)

It makes my heart happy to have such a fun little place to store stamps. What little things are making your heart happy today?
