As some of you most loyal followers may know, Hubs and I launched this little blog last year on November 19.

That means, it’s been almost one entire year since we started sharing this DIY home life journey with you all.

So, in honor of this upcoming anniversary, we want to invite you ask us some questions, similar to how John and Sherry open up to the blogosphere every year, as you can see in this awesome video:

Now, we realize we aren’t as big time blogging superstars are the YoungHouseLove crew, but we do have a lot more readers than we ever imagined we’d have, and we imagine some of you readers might be wondering a few things about us!

So, here’s the chance to ask away–and we’ll answer as many questions as we can when the anniversary celebration commences later in November.

Now, I must admit that we haven’t decided if we’ll do a video (we’ll both be super duper awkward, I’m sure!) or just answer questions in text form, so maybe we’ll leave that up to you all as well. How about if we get at least 10 questions, we’ll make a video? Does that seem fair?

Now, for some examples, because I know my mom might say, “I don’t know what to ask!”

These aren’t the real deal, so no promise on answering any of these things unless you guys actually want to know and care enough to shout them out in the comments below.

1. Whatever happened to the plan to ________? You mentioned starting it but have never finished!

2. How are you going to redo the ____________ room?

3. Who swears more during projects?

4. Who is the messiest around the house?

5. How do you agree on decorating decisions when you both have different ideas?

6. What is biggest mistake you’ve made so far on the house?

7. Who snores louder?

8. Why do you still drive a car that’s 20+ years old?

9. When do you work on projects?

10. Why is Melissa so awkward in videos, like your vacation recaps?

Keep in mind, you can ask anything (family, personal, etc.). It doesn’t need to be home-related. Although, no promises that we’ll answer if you ask us “How much do you weigh?” or “What do your sweaty workout clothes smell like?” and other things you probably wouldn’t want to know anyway, right?

Is that enough examples to give you an idea? Ask us anything, really! And then get ready for the fun time of seeing all our crazy answers! So, come on, what do you want to know?
