Look what’s coming up roses, er…marigolds, on our kitchen table?
That’s right, we have little green sprouts, people, so get excited!
We also have purple beet sprouts, but that’s not quite as exciting since neither of us like them. (We’re growing them as an experiment as as repayment for my parents coming up to help us til the garden, which they haven’t actually done yet…so consider this your invitation.)
And don’t forget to keep sending those well wishes our way considering we still have lots and lots and lots of seeds with no sprouts in sight!
And no one mention the SNOW in the forecast for Thursday!
it will be great if you pickle the beets too !
I could try! Maybe we’ll have enough cucumbers to make pickles, too!
